About Ram Infrastructure
Led by deep infrastructure expertise and belief in disciplined capital stewardship.
RAM Infrastructure is a project development firm based in Washington, D.C., specializing in oil & gas, power, and midstream. Our work pairs rigorous technical evaluation with long-term capital partnerships. We are martialing infrastructure opportunities from idea inception to commercial operations.
What We Do
- The foundations of the U.S. economy are reaching the end of their useful life. While new capital flocks exclusively to the "next" thing, the existing asset base they will rely on remains largely ignored.
- Over 50% of gas transmission lines in the U.S. were built prior to 1970.
- The average transmission line in the U.S. is over 40 years old.
- Until recently, the last significant refinery built in the U.S. was in 1976.
- The opportunity for creative revitalization and modernization of the physical economy is immense.

NEW
- The U.S. always has been and remains at the forefront of the global race for new technology. Today's investments in data centers, A.I. enabled defense technology, and semi-conductor manufacturing are aiming to cement the U.S.'s leadership for the next generation.
- However, enormous amounts of new infrastructure are needed to meet these lofty goals.
- Domestic supply chains for high purity chemicals, industrial water, and flexible fabrication space need extensive investment right now.
RAM Infrastructure is at the crossroads of exciting investment opportunities, focusing on key infrastructure projects that will shape the economy of the future. Whether it’s upgrading existing systems or building new ones, both thrive with long-term, forward-thinking capital guided by solid project finance principles. With deep experience in developing, permitting, financing, and operating large-scale assets, we bring a proven approach to selecting and executing projects that align with our vision.
